The principle of Geisha Balls is simple and clear. There are 4 balls in the package. Each ball has a different weight - the set includes the lightest and heaviest balls on the market. The idea of learning is to start with the lightest balls and then gradually increase the weight. Exactly as you do during training.
Geisha Balls2 will allow you 5 training steps - from 50g to 100g. After this, experienced users can train exclusively with the balls, without the silicone coating. When you feel sufficiently trained with one weight, you don't need to buy new, heavier balls. Everything is in the Geisha Balls set.

Here are some simple tips on how to use the balls:
Use the balls for at least 15-30 minutes a day.
Even during daily activities, when you have the balls inside, your muscles will learn. Our body is intelligent enough, so when the balls are inside, the muscles will hold them naturally without particular effort.
Increase weights from lighter to heavier.
To remove the balls from the vagina, relax your muscles and pull them out along with the silicone casing.
During training, use the balls without the silicone casing.
