The knee-length dress from Noir is made from a highly elastic black matte wet look fabric, with sheer powernet inserts at the bust, straps and waist that lighten the look. An adjustable velvet ribbon runs from the deep neckline up to the neck, while a zip and walking slit at the back complete a body-hugging cut.
