– Wash your hands before and after contact with the cup.
– Use water or a water-based lubricant to facilitate application.

– Check if the cup has sealed correctly by gently pulling on the stem.
– You can wear Minerva for up to 12 hours.
– To remove the cup, sit comfortably, pull on the stem, gently squeezing its base.
