Who can request access?

VAT-registered businesses and professionals: sex shops, e-commerce businesses, retail chains, lingerie and concept stores, and distributors.

How do you verify my request?

We check your VAT number and company details. As soon as your request is approved, you'll receive an email and see the wholesale price, RRP and margin on every product page.

Do I need a password?

No. You log in with your email address: each time you log in, we send you a verification code.

Can I have multiple contacts or stores?

Yes: a business account can have multiple locations and multiple contacts. Just let us know in the notes of your request.

Why can't I see prices?

Wholesale prices, recommended retail price (RRP) and margin are reserved for approved retailers. Once approved, you'll see them on every product page and can order directly from the site.
